ABSTRACT: Exploring the integration of drone technology in vocational training for agriculture is essential for modernizing agricultural practices and enhancing productivity. This study aimed to: (1) investigate the current state of drone technology integration in agricultural vocational training programs, (2) assess the impact of drone technology on students' learning and practical skills, and (3) identify barriers and opportunities for expanding the use of drones in agricultural training. A survey research design was chosen to collect data from students, instructors, and agricultural professionals. The sample size comprised 160 respondents selected through purposive sampling from Kaduna State. The case study focused on an agricultural vocational training center known for its innovative teaching methods. Findings indicated that the integration of drone technology significantly enhanced students' practical skills and understanding of modern agricultural practices, although challenges such as high costs and technical training for instructors were reported. Recommendations included increasing investment in drone technology, providing comprehensive training for instructors, and developing partnerships with agricultural tech companies to facilitate access to advanced equipment.
